Terms & Conditions
The executed booking/order form constitutes of a binding written agreement between your company / organisation and PK Publishers. The representative (s) who executes the booking / order form warrants that they are duly authorised to act on behalf of the company / organisation.
The booking /order form is valid for a minimum period 12 Months and a maximum period of 60 months.
This booking / order form will auto- renew on an annual basis if not terminated within 28 days prior to the renewal date and the company / organisation will be invoiced accordingly. i.e. 12 months.
Termination must be in writing.
The company / organisation agrees and accepts that in the event that the authorised representative (s) who executed this agreement leaves the employ of the company / organisation for any reason whatsoever, their actions shall at all times remain binding on the company / organisation and it may not raise the defence of non-payment.
It remains the responsibility of all involved representative (s) to ensure every internal protocol and procedural steps are fully addressed prior to the execution of the agreement.
Payment Terms:
As per the executed agreement, the company / organisation is required to pay PK Publishers the agreed amount. Payment to be made at the end of:
12 months / 24 months / 36 months / 48 months or 60 months, whichever is applicable.
Payment obligations are not contingent upon internal protocols and procedures.
All payments must be made into the bank account specified by PK Publishers.
All payments to be made strictly via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Any overdue amounts will accrue interest at the prime rate from the due date until full payment is received.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are strictly twenty one (21) days from the date of signature.
Cancellation fees must be paid in full within seven (7) working days of the cancellation invoice date. Partial payments or instalments will not be accepted. If this deadline is missed, the cancellation invoice becomes void, and the total amount of the original invoice becomes due.
Client Responsibilities:
All artwork material must be submitted to PK Publishers within five (5) working days from the date of signing the booking/order form via email - design@pkpublishers.biz If not received within this period, the advert will be designed in accordance with the Publisher’s standards.
In the event an account is referred to a third party for collection, the company / organisation agrees to pay collection and/or attorney fees, as well as legal costs incurred in order to effect collection on an attorney and own client scale including collection commission.
The authorised representative (s) agrees to the payment terms outlined on the booking / order form.
